When a refund may be approved
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Payment succeeded, but access was not delivered and we cannot restore it within a reasonable support window.
- The supplied file is corrupted, incomplete or technically unusable, and a working replacement cannot be provided.
- The wrong edition was delivered due to an error on our side.
When a refund is normally not available
- You changed your mind after the digital files were successfully delivered or accessed.
- You expected a physical book; the product page clearly identifies all editions as digital.
- You no longer need the guide, your event was cancelled, or your personal preference changed.
- Your device lacks a standard PDF/ZIP reader, where the file itself is functional.
- The request is made more than 72 hours after purchase without an exceptional verified technical issue.
- There is evidence of redistribution, resale, unauthorised sharing or other licence abuse.
Replacements and restored access
For missing email, expired link or device issues, we will first verify the order and restore reasonable access. This is usually faster than a refund and does not reduce your legal rights.
How approved refunds are processed
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through the payment processor. Bank or UPI processing time is controlled by the respective provider and may take several business days after approval.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can investigate delivery or duplicate-payment issues. Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks after successful access may result in the download licence being revoked.
